Change of Mind

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store. It must be in its original condition and resalable with our price tag attached.

Please note: We do not accept returns of any item that has been engraved.
Any made to order pieces purchased will also not be accepted, 

Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. We recommend selecting a shipping service with tracking, as we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the returns process.
Signature on delivery to The Ritz Jewellers is required. Please email theritzjewellersgmail.com with your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.
